Best coffee spot in Riverside. They use a slayer espresso machine . For those who don’t know that thing cost more then a Mercedes . Let’s just say the espresso is epic. The seasonal drinks are hand crafted . Everything here is amazing . It’s a gem

this coffee shop is located on a pretty quiet street but once you park, you'll quickly realize that the coffee shop is really popular! they were packed inside and it took us a few minutes to order but the young lady behind the counter made the drinks quickly and was nice. they have seating available inside and out which i hope they keep even after CoViD

Perfect pull, every time, regardless of the barista. They make good use of their Slayer. Super friendly staff and hipster vibes. My definite go to for espresso in the area.

My girlfriend and I recently visited this place, and we absolutely love it!! It is by far the best coffee we've had. It's so cute inside and the perfect place to study or work. We come here at least once a week and love it every time!

Got there and the line was long but was quick. Got the usual hot latte no syrups and it was amazing! Opted in for a maple cinnamon roll and it complimented the latte well with its warmth and fluff. Seating gets filled up quickly.

The vibe of Condron is relaxed, peaceful, and slow-paced. What stood out to me about Condron was its atmosphere. It is located on a quiet street that is away from the bustle that your typical cafe is around. The energy from the street permeates into the cafe as well. This would be a good place to have a chat with someone or read a book. I enjoyed their iced Americano and it seems like they use fresh beans that aren't overly roasted or extracted.

Amazing cute little place. Baristas are super friendly and very kind. He was really helpful in finding a drink that I’d like and even gave me a drink free since it was my first time. The lemon loaf was amazing and looked really cool too. I got a Yuzu coconut matcha and it was great just the right amount of sweetness. Great place to sit and study. They even have little signs that say “sit with me”or “open to a little date” if that’s what you’re looking for. Will definitly come back.

Relaxed vibe and great drinks. I had the iced pistachio latte. The pistachio flavor didn't come through much, but the latte was pretty good. Not the best quality matcha powder but I could definitely taste the matcha. Was a solid 7/10 matcha. But the price was really good! I spent $10 for two small drinks and at some other cafes a small matcha will run you $6-7 so I felt like I got a good deal.

We visited Condron on sunnyside. Wow! Awesome! Delicious! While looking for a missing person in the area, we stumbled upon this place and got two Cortado’s. It was packed! Great people and customer service highly recommended!!! :)
